The “Talent – Medical and Pharmaceutical Professions” permit: what is it?

Hold a license to practice or an assignment decision in France (Articles L. 4111-2 and L. 4221-12 of the Public Health Code),
Be recruited or integrated into a healthcare institution (public or private),
Practice one of the medical or pharmaceutical professions mentioned in Articles L. 4111-1 and L. 4221-12-1 of the Public Health Code,
Receive remuneration of at least €41,386.48 gross per year,
Sign the charter of values of the Republic and the principle of secularism.
What is the applicable legal framework?
Article L. 421-13-1 of the CESEDA:
Foreign nationals who have been granted an assignment decision, a certificate allowing temporary practice, or an authorization to practice (...) who are employed in one of the medical or pharmaceutical professions (...) and can prove that they meet a remuneration threshold set by decree of the Council of State, shall be issued with a multi-year residence permit bearing the words “Talent – Medical and pharmaceutical profession”.
This card allows the holder to practice the professional activity that justified its issuance for a maximum period of four years.
